Industrial Pico
NTS-pico - KPM.jpg

NTS-pico3 is next generation Industry 4.0, ultra-miniature time server. It delivers time directly to the network using NTP and IEEE1588 protocols. It is equipped with a single 100/10Mbps Ethernet port working with IPv4/IPv6*. Devices support PHY  hardware PTP time-stamping. The unit also has natural air cooling and it ensures heavy-duty 24/7 operation. It has been designed for autonomous vehicles and Industry 4.0 robots and solar panel farm control. Time Server has very fast clock recovery (OFF-ON) important to start synchronisation until GNSS not ready (cold/warm start). Devices can also support small industrial networks and can operate 24/7. The special rac 19” panels can support up to 6x NTS-pico3 sharing a single GNSS antenna and single power supply. The device is powered in the range from 9 VDC to 30VDC. It is equipped with a GNSS antenna and 30-meter coax cable (SMA ended). The marine dome antenna has a built-in GPS signal amplifier (38dB gain) and TCXO holdover oscillator for GNSS-less operations.

NTS-pico3 ANT -KPM.png

Free Server & Client Window ( NTP ) .jpg

Microsoft  Windows allows you by defaults to synchronise your PC-clock to one NTP server only. It also has serious limitations because it is SNTP client, not NTP.  Elproma has prepared 100% ref. NTP Windows compilation basis on source  C code released on www.ntp.org.  Now, you can use it FREE and all the same on Windows like you do on Linux NTP distribution.

RFC 3161 - tsa_small - KPM.jpg

TSA RFC 3161 -  Qualified Time stamping Server With built-in HSM Hardware Security Module.

Any place where consequences may have a financial impact or concern the people safety, or when Industry 4.0 automation performs functions under the penalty of law, the qualified time stamping is no less important than synchronization, because it provides cryptographic non-repudiation of the event.

SYNC - NMS - KPM 1.9.jpg

STAS – the Synchronization Time Audit System is SCADA class monitoring management system with built-in time audit facility. System is scalable, and it can operate on virtual machine (VM) or can run on real physical server computer. This system can simultaneously maintain thousands of devices just using as small as 2x displays only.  Originally STAS has been developed for TELEORGIN Elproma division to support huge population of 100,000 remote IP-devices operating globally worldwide. The minimum hardware requirement for VM deployment is: CPU 8x core, RAM 64GB, HD 4TB (SSD RAID5 or SAS 10K). The software basis on Linux Ubuntu Server (x64) v18.04.
