We are looking for a self motivated Customer Support Engineer with below profile. Shall be capable of having technical discussions with customers and backing the sales team , Competition Study , Customer Tracing etc. Computer Savvy and capable of coordinating webinars, Ms Office Reporting , editing Technical Manuals & Data-sheets etc. Shall have basic knowledge in all electrical equipment such as ,Transformers, HV /MV and LV Switchgear, circuit breakers, earthing system, Lightning Arresters , Relays etc. Knowledge of below subjects will be an advantage -: CT / PT Testing Equipment Relay Testing Equipment Transformer Testing Equipment Circuit Breaker Testing Equipment Earth Testing You'll work in an office environment, but will frequently travel within the day for face-to-face meetings with customers and other business partners.
