KPM Relay Test System

The KPM Relay Test System is a cost-effective, powerful, and robust solution designed for semi-automatic and manual testing of protection relays. With independent 4-voltage and 3-current outputs, it delivers precise control of magnitude, phase angle, and frequency for comprehensive relay testing.

Its built-in 6.4” true-color TFT LCD, keyboard, and rotary encoder enable complete standalone operation without a laptop. Advanced software modules can further support automated testing, dynamic power-system modelling, GPS-synchronized end-to-end testing, and automatic test report generation.

The system provides AC current up to 3 × 35 A / 450 VA, AC voltage up to 4 × 300 V, frequency output from DC to 1 kHz, and an integrated 15–300 V / 120 W battery simulator. With high accuracy, low distortion, 8 binary inputs, and 4 binary outputs, it delivers reliable and precise performance for field commissioning and protection relay testing.
