The KPM VIT-100 (Vacuum Interrupter Tester) is used for conducting high-voltage withstand tests on Vacuum Interrupters . The test results are used to determine whether the VI is still in a healthy condition. The tester can generate DC high voltage up to 60kV on both sides of the VI. At the same time, it samples and displays the leakage current flowing through the VI. The leakage current value is used to evaluate whether the VI remains in good condition.
